A person has been shot at a Hamden tattoo shop, Tuesday night.
Police have ruled the incident a homicide.
The shooting happened at a “Touch of Color” tattoo, on Dixwell Avenue, around 9 p.m.
Officials say a 64-year-old Hamden man was shot in the head.
Authorities say that the incident happened in the back of the parking lot.
The pizza shop next door has a bullet hole in the window. And, the owner said he heard the struggle.
“What we heard was a [loud] sound. And, then when we went outside we saw nothing,” he said.
