I just got a tattoo on my wrist on July 11th. It’s solid black, but I noticed some of the pigment is leaking or bleeding out of the tattoo forming a blue-colored “outline” on my skin along the outside of the tattoo. I have been taking all the proper cleaning instructions and aftercare. I have not submerged it in water and have been applying A&D ointment, etc. Is this normal for a tattoo? It’s not a lot, you can’t really notice unless I look at it in the right light.
